SwahaBhava Flow
This is a powerful 75 minute, breath-driven vinyasa class is inspired by Jonah Kest—merging rhythm, sweat, and soul. Move through seven “doorways” or transformational peaks: energizing sequences that open the hips, spine, shoulders, and heart. Expect creative transitions, deep holds, athletic pacing, and music that moves you. Each doorway leads deeper into strength, release, and presence. This class is a journey—inward and outward—and will leave you feeling grounded, open, and alive.

Supported by props and held postures, you'll melt into stillness while being guided through conscious breathwork practices (prāṇāyāma) to release tension, regulate the mind, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. This class is perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, deep rest, or gentle recovery from physical or emotional exertion. All levels welcome—come as you are.

This energizing class combines graceful, ballet-inspired moves with targeted mat work to strengthen your core, sculpt lean muscles, and improve flexibility. Hot Set Sequence
Step into the heat and move through a powerful, structured series of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. This consistent sequence allows you to track your progress over time, moving through standing, balancing, backbending, and floor poses in a heated room (95–105°F). The warmth supports deeper opening, detoxification, and a steady, meditative rhythm. Expect a strong physical challenge with moments of stillness and breath awareness. Ideal for those who appreciate repetition, discipline, and the clarity that comes from sweating it out. All levels welcome.
Lyt Yoga
Instead of only postures and breathwork, LYT emphasizes alignment, mobility, and intelligent movement to correct compensation patterns and support daily life ergonomics.

Restore/Soundbath Yoga
Unwind and release with this deeply nourishing practice designed to calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural healing processes. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, we’ll gently settle into a series of supported poses held for extended periods. This class emphasizes, breath awareness, and inner quiet, as well as some full body movement and sound, making it ideal for those seeking stress relief, recovery from fatigue or injury, or simply a moment of peaceful reset.

Rooted in the spirit of the 12 Steps but not limited by them, this meeting offers a modern, holistic approach to recovery that integrates spiritual insight, mindful practices, and conscious community.
Each meeting typically includes a short, guided meditation or breath practice, a talk or share by a featured speaker, and open sharing from participants. The atmosphere is supportive and non-judgmental, encouraging deep listening, self-inquiry, and connection to something greater.
