Carl
Hi, I’m Carl. A native Californian, I moved to Coachella Valley in 2018 and began teaching Power Vinyasa in 2020 after training with Kim Funkey at Power Yoga Palm Springs. Over time, my teaching evolved through studies with physical therapist Lara Heimann, founder of the LYT Yoga Method—a style that integrates physical therapy and functional movement to retrain the body and mind. In my LYT classes, you'll find a strong focus on posture, anatomy, and core stability, with options to support or challenge your balance and strength. Looking forward to practicing with you! 🙏🏻

Tatiana
Brazilian by soul and movement junkie by heart, Tati’s journey into embodiment began with dance, street grooves, and gymnastics before she ever stepped onto a yoga mat. But once she did—it was love at first breath. In 2016, she completed her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Palm Springs and dove headfirst into teaching in Brazil. Not long after, she moved to Los Angeles, where she managed a wellness studio by day and hunted down every class and teacher she could find by night. A self-proclaimed “yogi junkie,” she immersed herself in continuing education in inversions, vinyasa flow, and the evolving world of teaching yoga online. Four years later, her passion deepened with a 300-hour advanced training with three of her favorite global teachers—Shayna Hiller, Deep Kumar, and Amiro Santos. Shortly after, she returned to Palm Springs to support teacher trainings in the desert and deepen her service to the yoga community. Tati’s commitment to the sacred art of movement led her to Bali for a 150-hour embodiment training, followed by a Sound Healing Certification, and a 150-hour Somatic Dance Teacher Training. In 2025, she expanded her expertise by completing a breathwork facilitator training in San Diego, further enriching her holistic approach to wellness. With over 1,000 hours of certification training and more than 8 years of teaching experience, she weaves together yoga, somatics, dance, meditation, breathwork, and sound into a transformative and heart-opening journey. Her classes are both soulful and playful—rooted in rhythm, fluidity, and freedom. Certified in women’s embodiment arts, Tati guides others to move from the inside out, helping them reclaim their bodies, their voice, and their magic.
May Yeung
May was born in Hong Kong and raised in California. Before moving to the Coachella Valley in 2020, she lived in Los Angeles and taught restorative and yin yoga at YogaWorks, The Den Meditation, and to private groups of executive women. May attended her first vinyasa flow yoga class in 2000 with her husband, with the intention of supporting him through his chronic back pain, and then fell in love with being on the mat to connect with her body. After practicing for over 13 years, May was inspired to enroll in a 200-hour teacher training to expand her knowledge of the philosophy and history of yoga, human anatomy, and to advance her physical asana practice. She became especially interested in restorative yoga, a practice that provided her time to reflect and help with internal healing to cope with personal and family health issues. With a desire to impart to others what she had learned, May also received her certifications in Restorative and Yin Yoga. May’s favorite 5 “R’s” to teach her students: Restore, Relax, Rejuvenate, Reconnect, and Renew.
Mazelyn
Yoga found Mazelyn at the age of 12 when her mom introduced her to the practice. Two years later, she celebrated her mom’s achievement of completing her 200-hour training in 2018. In celebrating her mom’s calling, Mazelyn realized that yoga was calling her, too and that she wanted to become a yoga instructor someday following in her mom’s footsteps. Now, eight years later, Mazelyn remains deeply in love with yoga and is a dedicated instructor passionate about fostering an empowering, inclusive, and body-positive environment for students of all levels. Specializing in vinyasa yoga, she focuses on fluid movements, breathwork, and mindfulness, guiding students in discovering and cultivating their strength, balance, and inner awareness. Her aspiration is to provide students with a practice that reaches beyond the 60 minutes they spend in class. A practice that they can carry with them into their daily lives.
Kristin
Hii! I’m Kristin, born and raised Southern California native. Moved to the desert in 2015 and haven’t looked back…except when it’s too hot! Having been a dancer since I was 5, I have always known the importance of movement in my day to day life. After college, I felt lost without dance. Here in the desert, I fell in love with Barre and Pilates, not to mention weight lifting and boxing… my love for Barre and the similarities to my dance background caused me to become a teacher and I have loved every moment of the preparation of challenging classes, creating moments of clarity in corrections, and the community that surrounds these type of workouts! I can’t wait to meet you!
